Ashley specializes in warehouse profiling, flavor profile projections, blending, product development, and quality control. She serves as a judge at the American Distilling Institute and American Craft Spirits Association spirits competitions and uses her knowledge and experience to provide educational feedback to craft distillers.
Jane served as the first international employee of Maker's Mark as a global brand ambassador and also as the head of innovation and blending. She led one of the industry’s pioneering spirits programs and is now blazing her own trail in the bourbon industry with a new venture.
As the master blender of Luca Mariano Distillery, Jennifer calls the shots when it comes to blending small batch bourbon and rye whiskey products. She has a refined palate and loves the opportunity to supply enthusiasts with the highest quality bourbon and rye whiskeys.
Lori is on the forefront of the movement of women in the distilling industry and a trail blazer with a diverse background in financial management, business development, and non-profit experience. She founded Country Smooth Spirits in 2015 and is the CEO of Spa Girls Cocktails.
Marianne earned her place in history as the first female master distiller in Kentucky since Prohibition, and she is a leader for the movement of women in the spirits industry. As a spirited visionary with a background in chemical engineering, she creates recipes and consults for spirits brands across the country.
Ariel is responsible for managing Woodinville’s brand ambassadors, overseeing marketing plans, and supporting sales efforts. She executes and implements the brand’s strategy by driving awareness through the education and engagement of both trade personnel and consumers.
Joyce has a passion for chemistry and the distillation process. She worked for 15 years as a process engineer in industrial-scale distillation and spent a decade teaching high school chemistry and physics before opening a distillery with her family.
Susan is an award-winning writer, former restaurant critic and beverage columnist, and has been a frequent judge for international spirits competitions and bourbon cocktail contests. Reigler is past president of the Bourbon Women Association and has hosted tastings and been featured in whiskey festivals throughout the United States.
Peggy is the first woman in the world to receive the title of Master Bourbon Taster and was inducted into the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame by the Kentucky Distillers Association in 2019. She is the founder of Peggy Noe Stevens & Associates and the Bourbon Women Association and has decades of experience in experiential marketing and professional presence development.
Heather is an award-winning mixologist, whiskey enthusiast, author, and content creator for brands and media outlets. Her passion is to bring people of all kinds to the whiskey world and make them feel welcome.
Freddie is a third-generation employee of Buffalo Trace Distillery and serves as the VIP Visitor Lead. His knowledge and passion for bourbon have made him a beloved distillery icon, and Freddie’s Old Fashioned Soda is named in honor of his decades of work as a tour guide and his family’s legacy at the distillery.
